The HCSP has issued a new opinion, following that of 20 November 2025, on an amended version of the draft decree establishing the principle of these experiments, aimed at reusing DASRI-A containers and/or recovering the waste contained in these packages, as part of the ‘France Experimentation’ programme. 

The HCSP recommends that several amendments to the draft decree be taken into account. These are presented in Appendix III. It also recommends that the articles 3 and 4 be rewritten to remove:

• the HCSP's participation in the committee set up to monitor and evaluate the experiments, in order to maintain consistency with the HCSP's independent expert missions ;
• the referral to the HCSP for an opinion on each request for authorisation to conduct an experiment, mentioning a definition, by HCSP, of the criteria and indicators for analysing, monitoring and evaluating experiments that derogate from the Public Health Code.
