The High Council for Public Health presented an overview of its recent work during a partner session at the French Public Health Society (SFSP) congress held in Lille from 5 to 7 November 2025.
After a presentation of the expert body by its secretary general, the experts successively presented the key points of the following opinions and reports:
- Recommendations in response to the water crisis and the emergence of cholera in Mayotte by Jean-Louis Sévêque, Cs-RE and François Caron Cs-MIME
- Thirty years of changes in adolescent health: trends, changes and challenges by Emmanuelle Godeau, Cs-SEJAP
- Recommendations for the development of the 5th national nutrition and health programme by Isabelle Millot and Isabelle Grémy, Cs-DSMNT
- Breastfeeding by Isabelle Grémy, Cs-DSMNT and Laurence Payrastre Cs-RE
- Rollout of prevention appointments, Véronique Gilleron, former chair of Cs-3SP and current chair of HCSP
- Implementing integrated public policies that promote quality of life in the French context - Approaches to primary prevention of health burdens by Françoise Jabot, co-leader of the working group, external expert, EHESP
At the end of the presentations, a discussion session with the audience was organised.
